After the opening hymn, Jim started class with a prayer then his readings mentioned the lonely life of a Christian  , ,but “He is with you”

Durward asked us to Sign up for the Spaghetti Lunch on March 4 in Jubilee Hall at noon. We have 25 and need 30.

>Health and Happiness: (from Reatha email) Sydnor and Chick's brother Phil died a week ago.from cancer. Bill W was able to come to class last week, thanks to Linda's bringing him and joining us in class and the 11:00 svc, but won't be coming 2/12 b/c Summit Place is on a type of "lock-out" due to various "bugs" -- allowing only emergency visits. Anne Lumadue had a call from Evelyn Clark asking for prayers for her son-in-law, Tim Funderburk (Robin's husband). He's been suffering from cancer for the past two years.  Anne shared that Bob L will be having laparoscopic (sp?) surgery Friday for spinal stenosis. The treatments he'd been receiving had not provided the relief he'd hoped for.
